The key part is that "Truth" doesn't mean it's actually factually true, just that "it was true in their minds". Even if you believe in a lie, that belief of the lie affects your behavior and "becomes true" simply by virtue of believing in it.
Democrats think whites are inherently racists, and they act on that belief (even though it's not factually accurate). With the "Truth" crowd it's always universally true. Spengler used the examples of the ancient Greeks and Romans to describe the Truth-crowd. These were cultures who had no history except what they fabricated, and even that was subject to change at the whim of the political leaders, and completely unbeknownst to the bread-and-circus populace. Society, in the Truth-crowd, is essentially dominated by a Machiavellian group of despots whose primary objective is to keep hoi polloi in a constant state of history-less simplicity, for the purpose of controlling them. Society is divided into the rulers and the ruled, and the chasm separating the two is impossible to cross. The ruled have no history, they have bread and circuses instead. The rulers aren't concerned with history (or at least not concerned with sharing their own with the sheep-like populace), they are only concerned with Power, and maintaining it. And Money is the most direct way to Power, so their goal is always about maximizing their money-making capabilities, and morality is never a factor considered by them. Power/Money is their moral compass. They'll utilize a bastardized morality for their npc-populace, to keep them sedated and sheep-like, but for themselves (the rulers) they don't concern themselves with unproductive thoughts like right-and-wrong. Profit is their only goal. Which is why it's always the Truth-crowd that ushers in the death of Cultures and nations. These are the people that, even though they're technically the same race as you, maybe even grew up down the street from you, they have NO sentimental feelings of loyalty to their nation or culture, and would sell their neighbors into slavery if they thought they could profit from it (and they often do, historically, Greeks and Romans had enormous slave populations).
The intuitional Fact-crowd is more concerned with preserving their Culture and History. While they utilize money, they don't worship money. While they have power, they aren't obsessed with accruing Power. They still retain that God-spark of soul, the intuition.
