Has anyone had any deeper occult experiences? I've had a few and I'm to be honest a bit fearful of the whole thing now, if I give credence to it it takes a hold of me. Damn it, I've just given credence to it now by speaking of it and thinking about it again and I feel somewhat ecstatic, it's coming back.

That's an exaggeration but it's a bit like that, and because of my scientific mind I have to accept that there's a force nagging me there and I can't just reject it now as not having some body of effect sometimes. But structuralising it gives it a reason and I can understand it, and continue to follow God. But I've considered that that systematisation might negate it, and in that way I am in truth not facing it.

I have already been attacked by some demon or figure of sorts, it had at least the awareness of a human being in it and was less a symbolic image as an experience, as I could not see it but only feel its physical form. And it wasn't a sleep paralysis because I myself was moving while being attacked. Though you most of the time don't lose your ego-consciousness in mystical experiences, so you're still completely self aware and not as if you've suddenly lost freewill or awareness. I've also had repeated experiences of which I can only describe as a sort of pleasurable electricity throughout my body very similar to how the Kundalini is described, and often with the effect spoken of in Buddhism such as a quote un quote "oneness" or in other words pure acceptedness in a timeless and spaceless mentality and perception of the world, the world is glowing and you see beauty and at worst some level of appreciation in everything. It is at the level, for one who has not experienced it, of say the emotional impact of a song coming out of it. But there was a hanging over problem or question of boredom in my mind while experiencing it, which I suspect to be from my previous desiring mode of being, wherein in my own individual place in this world, such a self-abnegation(and of life in general truly), was remaining and could not be forgotten. That is, it wasn't a conversion at all or anything like that, but merely a temporary experience of that state. And I do prefer the more traditional state and belief of Christianity. But it wasn't so much a lack of desire, in contrast to desire, but entirely an inbetween non-dualist perception where there was still desire, but as it were almost no need for desire, and negated both the desireless and desire; I still had my morality for example. This all started when I started meditating a few years ago but as of today I've only meditated between 8 or 15 times. My concentration and memory definitely did improve.

Anyone know exactly what this is? There's been a few other types of experiences but they most form around being similar to these.

Probably right now it's my favorite book by Serrano although of course all of his books are great, it's like trying to pick your favorite song by your favorite artist; You like most of the songs which makes it hard to pick.

But "Cordon Dorado" is so concise and goes straight to the point, very easy to pick up and read, unlike his heavier books such as NOS: Book of the Resurrection and EL ELLA: Book of Magic Love. Definitely recommend Cordon Dorado and it is one of the very few books (five or less) that I am going to get hold of a physical copy. Otherwise, I read books only with my Kindle. But this one's pure gold, 5/5.

Also OP; If you think that book is schizo then you have obviously never leafed through NOS: Book of the Resurrection or MANU: For the Man to Come (a tome in three parts).

I do not want to go full schizo in this thread (I kind of do but I will restrain myself). The style of writing in his books are often "Dream-sequence", which means like you're having a dream. In a dream, things often happen sequentially, things that don't make sense. Events follow events, and maybe characters appear that seem out of place sometimes. And you wake up afterwards, asking yourself "What the hell was that all about? And what does it mean?". That's Serrano's style, more or less.

Yeah I know exactly what you mean, and sometimes it doesn't work if you "Power through it". Instead you can sometimes pick a chapter that appeals to you, and read it slowly, and then think about the meaning of what you just read.

That's what I did once with NOS, and that same night I had a dream about a scene from the book. But other things happened in my dream. Things that weren't written in the book. T

he story continued in my dream. Sounds like nonsense but it really happened, kek.

It's not that I dislike Serrano or his ideas, but it just seems the frame of his ideas are so schizo and so they are effected by that and find very little value other than a mythological-fiction without the truth or depth of a real mythology, and so as it were almost an entertainment in some parts. Suffering from something of the problem of modern revisionism in traditional or historic things, very often an all-encompassing spirituality which brings together the different religions or mythologies, while saying less and less truth itself. Jung somewhat escapes this in being chiefly a phenomenologist(a "phenomenological psychology") but at the very least his followers haven't.

>I don't know the source of the qoute in the picture though sadly...
Ah well, would you say the golden thread: esoteric hitlerism is the best place to start with him? And if you could say what his main value would be, what of course would it be? My simple guess out of not knowing much of his writing would be a mythologising of the historic, the historical and history.

>> No.16010718

>>16010686
Interesting question Anon. I want to say Golden Thread is a good "Entry point" for reading Serrano. However to me that was not my first book, I started with L'ultimo Avatara. Because I'm a mystical person; I believe that readers do not find books - books find readers. That's the reason why I will not say "Read this book, read that book, you must start here, and so on". For me, I knew even before opening that book, that this book would satisfy my search, because I could tell from the title and synopsis that here is a work where the author explains exactly in advanced detail the themes that I have already been slowly approaching in my own thought process.

So pick the book that stands out to you as "special", like the missing brick in a "wall" that you are trying to build, and see if it answers your questions.

>> No.16010729

See if it helps you build your own "wall". Or perhaps rather, your "mosaic", as a certain person expressed it.

>So pick the book that stands out to you as "special", like the missing brick in a "wall" that you are trying to build, and see if it answers your questions.
Will do, I guess it's part of the whole experience of Serrano, you approach him with his traditions.

>>16010729
This seems to me a more outward-mythological(projecting) way of what is essentially the Jungian individuation, or "looking within". And yes I'm aware that's an almost age-old concept found in any high and many primitive cultures but the philosophical awareness of it being an as it were "subjective element" makes me consider it going greatly back to Jung.

Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Do you mean as in it's a more academic and traditionally philosophical styled work?

>> No.16011482

>>16011342
Serrano was intentionally non-academic. He writes in a sort of coded metaphysical perennial language, referencing all kinds of mythologies/mysteries, in order to get to their essence if you will. His lists of names use different mythological languages to represent the same essential element in all of those.

Resurrection of the Hero is as close to a systematical overview of his ideas as you'll get, but it's by no means academic or traditionally philosophical. Just more straightforward and less dream-like.

But if you're not familiar with general ancient mythology, traditionalism/Evola, Jung, etc. he probably won't make much sense anyway.

From my perspective I think mankind was originally hermaproditic/adrogyous in physicality and spirit and we were split apart to make us weaker by jealous "gods" who saw us as a threat.

I think all religions are generally derived from the same source but told with a slightly different mythos/art style. Basically they are all interpretations of the same story that fits the land, culture and blood of the people.

A key difference id say since the jews are basically a demonic race with no roots their religious doctrine and pathology is always geared towards distortion and manipulation of the truth. ie Eisteins theory of relativity is complete bullshit but makes sense to jews.

My general sense is that the conflict in this world is born of the same source which often infects the hearts of men to fight over trite matters. The jews as a race are like a living manifestation of this evil in a concentrated form.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0IU4qrriHrs&t=18m55s

As for Paganism, Christianity was accepted in Rome because Constantine recieved a vision from god (sol invictus) where he realized that christianity and paganism were two sides of the same coin.

Modern day christians are basically heretics who suck jew cock and dont even know their own theology or origins/purpose of rituals beyond doing it because their priest and parents tell them to without question or understanding.
