I'm writing a short story about a person with obsessive compulsive disorder that makes allusions to the Sisyphus story. If you haven't read Camus' Myth of Sisyphus I'd highly recommend it. Very beautiful essay.

Sisyphus isn't happy, he's a warrior monk. Rolling a heavy rock up a hill for all eternity doesn't make you happy. It's a repetition, an eternal meditation and workout. Sisyphus is above his emotional states.
