Literally anyone who studies anything about WW2 knows that Hitler didn't plan for Germany to control the whole world on his own. I never mentioned the German's plan to kill off most Slavs (although that plan does exist, see the post I linked to above), I just mentioned how brutal Germany was in warfare in Eastern Europe compared to Western. Read about the 900 day siege of Leningrad, or the battle of Stalingrad. Find me an example of the Soviets dealing a comparable level of damage to the Germans.
