There are a lot of noots, we're talking hundreds and those are just the ones that are popular and legal. I haven't found the meme NZT stack yet but I've tried a lot. I don't have ad copy on hand, but I can list off some benefits of my favorites.

Ashwaghanda(KSM 66)
>A herb in the class of nootropics known as adaptogens, these are effective in treating the symptoms of excess stress. Interestingly, they are also known to improve efficiency in excercise, increase libido and alertness.
Cordyceps
>A mushroom that literally increases lung capacity, increases energy levels and makes oxygenation more efficient during excercise
Rhodiola Rosea
>Significant improvement in GAD symptoms was found with R. rosea, with a reduction in HARS scores similar to that found in clinical trials. These preliminary findings warrant further exploration of treatment with R. rosea in clinical samples.
> Chronic Rhodiola Rosea supplementation is able to reduce both lactate levels and parameters of skeletal muscle damage after an exhaustive exercise session. Moreover this supplementation seems to ameliorate fatty acid consumption. Taken together those observation confirm that Rhodiola Rosea may increase the adaptogen ability to physical exercise.

Some more that would be fun to google:
Racetams. My favourites are Phenylpiracetam, Oxiracetam, Aniracetam, and Pramiracetam. Special mention to Coluracetam for Schizophrenia and Fasoracetam for ADHD.

You are probably vitamin deficient and would benefit from either a B complex or Magnesium. But nootropics are specifically about improving mental acuity.

You don't need to buy capsules. Some asian markets sell it, and you can grow it in you kitchen in a block of saw dust and a squirt bottle.

Lion's Mane. This is the big one currently being studied for its effect on memory.
Piracetam, if you're in the US and the FDA is being retarded, try Oxiracetam. The entire racetam family basically consists of drugs that were trialed for memory loss.
Citicholine if you take the racetams, maybe try it without, it's known to be good for memory. If you eat a lot of eggs you probably get enough choline tho.
Gingko Biloba
Above all, be willing to try a lot of things, Noots are mostly understudied so YMMV applies here.
Googling everything I've recc'd is bound to show you other things that are recc'd for memory, and it'll also reassure you when you find anecdotes of people regaining memory function. Good Luck Anon.

Modafinil and pramiracetam are 2 of the best nootropics imo. I took a combo of both of them today, and I've been studying calculus all day. I avoid taking modafinil in the spring/summer though, since it makes my allergies worse. Pramiracetam is another good nootropic, since it is good for anxiety suppression and dulls down my emotions.

Also, there was a Slatestarcodex survey on the best nootropics:

>Modafinil and pramiracetam
Meant to say phenylpiracetam. Phenylpiracetam is probably the best racetam for all around intelligence improvement. I didn't take any pramiracetam today, but it's the best nootropic for anxiety.
