In order for academics to keep winning grants, publishing and teaching, their weird theories have become even more bizarre, extreme and unfalsifiable.

Also, you are not permitted to doubt or question such theories, as that is pure hate/spewing hatred, denying people's right to exist, etc. You would likely lose your job for creating an unsafe environment. So basically there is no means for quality control and it will just continue to spiral out of control forever and ever.

I study sociologi in a swedish university. It is incredibly politically oriented. We are not learning ABOUT philosophies, we learn them.

not really. it doesn't make sense and is never elaborated upon. it's just an empty brick to construct conflict and establish new forms of status. people into this stuff even believe that, so intent on the idea of power and oppressor-oppressed that they are incapable of understanding other models or the particular. that is the reason they're so slimy and immoral too. a genuinely evil cultural development.
