There are unironically no good arguments for antiracism at all. The very best position you can reasonably hold is 'we don't know whether there are any differences in average intelligence between populations' which would promote a more 'colourblind' approach to race relations rather than the antiracist approach which assumes that all populations are identical and that therefore all disparities in outcomes are due to whites oppressing minorities.

This topic is endlessly fascinating to me on a meta-level because it is the single biggest taboo in our society and it is just so easy to argue against. Like in a really Christian or Muslim society where you can be burned at the stake for heresy you don't actually know if God/Allah is real, it's an unverifiable metaphysical proposition and there aren't really any obvious policy implications to any of it. The race question is not like this, there is actual empirical evidence, there are your own experiences in real life, and there are huge policy implications depending on which story is true. As the heat turns up in antiracist culture and it spreads and intensifies people are quite literally becoming kind of deranged because of the enormous cognitive strain involved in NEVER noticing any of the contradictions in the narrative they are forced to constantly think about. I mean this is really quite unprecedented as a cultural phenomenon, to just inundate everyone in a subject where the obvious conclusion is not merely forbidden in speech, but if you even think it you are heretic, and you have been raised all your life to not even be capable of considering it.

There have always been these sorts of obvious lies and delusions in culture of course, but I don't think anyone has ever literally chosen one as the foundation for the state religion like this. I mean it's significantly more preposterous and mindkilling than believing that your King is a God or something which doesn't really change much if you think it or not, it requires you to reorder entire swathes of your understanding of human behavior, sociology, to constantly engage in a careful manipulation of perspective to save you from heresy, and to lash out at anyone that even makes you think too much about certain concepts. It's like a gigantic cultural norm of self-inflicted intellectual mutilation.

The sane argument is that different groups are different, but individuals from each group can be very skilled. If you believe in equality of opportunity you are forced to deal with the fact that discrimination based on race can be cost effective and would lead to exclusion of skilled people if they come from a demographic with low average social capital/intelligence. Your question implies that people with different appearance can share the same culture. This may be true on a case-by-case basis ("I've got a black friend, and he grew up in a white neighbourhood and behaves just like us!"), but inevitably on a large scale will always be false. People always band together, and they will choose groups using their instincts - someone speaking with the same accent as you, same appearance as you, same mannerisms as you.

Once youve got even a small homogenous group going, you will inevitably scare away people who look different, and you yourself will not want to invite "outsiders". imagine two groups - one with 3 whites, and one with 3 blacks. who do you talk to? if you're white, it will be whites. if you're black, it will be blacks. you can force it otherwise if you have that power, but the unspoken conflict and discomfort will still be there. The instant you release that force, they will immediately (and potentially violently) get away from each other, like two springs that have been kept primed for a long time. Or it will have other side effects. Like Feynmann said, you can't cheat Physics.

Hence the state of "multiculturalism" is fundamentally an unstable configuration. You can force it, the same way Mao forced the communist regime in the 60s.
