I write more than I read but all of it is crap so I don't plan to publish it. I haven't read anything interesting from the modern press in over a year.
My reader friends keep recommending shallow YA books that I don't want to read (I hate teen protags) and a lot of the modern field all seem to be shades of SJW crap. A few days ago I purchased the first Takeshi Kovacs novel. It's hilariously anime but its also very inventive with the AI run hotel and body switching sleeves. I will pick up Starship Troopers next.
