Don't tell anyone but there are private groups on Goodreads that host child porn. Some of these groups end up indexed by Google images and can be found with very specific keyword searches. After I found this I stopped using Goodreads because these images end up cached meaning to the FBI/NSA or whoever your gov agency is you actually downloaded it.
