Have ever you noticed that there are two types of anglos?

One type is noble, deeply poetic, romantic, love of nature has compassion and deep humanistic values.

You could make this argument for all westerners , but the divide isn't as prominent, like for Germans for example, Nietzsche is a combination of both. Is it the legacy of public education in Britain?
