speak more, speak so much that you don' think that you're talking in english, consume more media in the language, try to copy accents you like for fun bri'ish, sout'rn 'murican etc. it will make you more aware of how you pronounce the words.

Based on your prose, it seems like you would benefit greatly from simplifying your clauses. There's too much "stuff" that's making it sound choppy. I would rewrite that third statement as: "When I talk to people, they mention my strange wording." It's easier for the brain to work with and makes it sound more natural.
