What are some books by EU technocrats?
Whether they are its founders, or even modern ones, it doesn't matter.

Wouldn't a person seeking a job in a massive and inefficient bureaucracy like EU most likely be exactly the kind of person devoid of any creative drive and passion in his life? I can't imagine writing Excel documents for 4 hours per day and then pretending to work for another 4 being the kind of life that enables literary talents to flourish.

Not at all. I think this is a cope like "all people capable of navigating a complex bureaucracy must be boring" is a cope like "all rich people are secretly depressed".
The truth is that these people see themselves as truly doing the good work for the right side of history and all that, and they, for the most part, derive a immense sense of satisfaction out of it.

Where their creativity is limited, and this is just from personal experience and only accounts for a type among the bigger group, is in understanding why anyone else wouldn't think they way they would. They can't grasp it at and see it as a kind of unchecked insanity. A problem of mental illness rather than ideological difference.

To be honest, the EU efficiently suppresses red tape over all of its nation states (that also includes all the EFTA members).
For example, if you want to send a letter from Germany to Sweden or Ireland, the cost will be minimal. But if you want import your package from England, Serbia, China or Russia, get ready to spend some more + fill useless paperwork.

However, paperwork has always been nauseating in certain EU member states, like France, Italy and Spain. Don't blame the Union for that, blame the failing national govs who struggle to change the establishment.

I can listen to them and everything, but something trips me up about their writing style. There's lots of fluff. I have recently tried reading a non-fiction book by a woman and it began with something like this
>The horrifying events of George Floyd's death that we have experienced such a long time ago, and yet are still fresh in our memory, were caused by none other than villains. Remember Thanos from infinity world? Oh yeah, he was a very bad person. But the threat that the white supremacists pose is very real. White supremacists exist because of systemic racism, and this book explores our Real World Superheroes who tweak algorithms that contribute to it.
This is an exaggeration obviously, but they present absolutely everything in this particularly odd way. I haven't read a single book by a male author that referenced anything other than some classic movie or another book

I assure you that it was written in this way. I dropped it right after the introduction. Women who write textbooks rarely showcase any of the characteristics that are particular to their gender when writing books, but I'm not looking for textbooks. Refusing to read non-fictional (fiction is actually okay, I enjoyed Persuasion, Frankenstein, Wuthering Heights) seems like a great filter for this sort of stuff.
I don't remember the name, but the first chapter was about some firefighters (if that helps).

I haven't said that they don't. I just haven't seen any of these things in books written by males. They rarely reflect anything else than the subject matter of the book. There's always a nice and logical flow of thinking. All premises are explained. Some women do it too, but I'm not going to read one recommended to me by a completely anonymous person. There are so many books I'd like to read, so filtering some of them makes more sense.

Murray explores two factors that explain why European civilization as we have known it will not survive. The first is the combination of mass migration of new peoples into the continent together with Europe's below replacement birth rates.

What people fail to realize is that when muslims come to Europe, they become more european, it's not the europeans who become more muslim. Sure, I might eat kebab some time, but I will not start going to mosque, while it's "muslism" who will speak my language, go to the same school, listen to the same music I listen, watch the same movies etc. Immigrants are mostly young(er than general population), and also less likely to face discrimination from their peers --->No reason to become an extremist if people are nice to you.
On top of that, muslims/arabs/africans/paki are not the majority of immigrants.
In my country, the top 5 foreign communities are three European countries (1st from EU - this one alone outnumbers ALL Africa -, 2nd and 5th non-EU), one Asian, one North Africa.

I don't buy this at all, for one reason. These are Muslims who are immigrating to Europe, and Islam is a religion which has reversed modernity and liberal societies again and again in the course of its history. The second Muslims become the majority in Europe, there is always the chance that a Salafi-style faction will rise to power. It's happened several times in recent Islamic history, from Saudi Arabia after the Grand Mosque seizure, to the Iranian Revolution to the rise of the Taliban. People always think that religion gives away to modernity and the freedoms of a liberal society. Islam is different.
