Does listening to music better your writing? Does music give ideas to you? Does music get you into the mood for writing? Do you listen to music while writing ?

sure

yes. depending on the music I listen to I get into different moods. When I listen to classical or jazz I want to write personal drama with bittersweet endings and a wholesome feel to it type stuff. when listening to rap I want to write about war and material struggle. when listening to EDM I want to write fast-paced sci-fi stuff

depends on the music

>Does listening to music better your writing?
No, but it does exalt, and/or quicken, the process of writing, relative to degree of syncord; engaging in recreational activities does not imbue one with something that one does not already possess.

>Does music give ideas to you?
Define: "give ideas"; music, as an artform, conveys ideas which are available for reception.

>Does music get you into the mood for writing?
It depends on the moment.

>Do you listen to music while writing ?
Sometimes.

By the sonic skies the heart races; by the silent soils the mind paces.
