I liked the book and agree with some of his views on other topics while disagreeing with some others
I completely understand the struggle with beznodiazepines and this doesn't discredit what he has to say, I know very well what and how to behave as an addict, but it's very hard to actually stick to

While some of the "rules" have value, some of them also seem like the sort of moral system that would set you up to be like Peterson—namely, an oversocialized, over emotional lamb who will always be at the mercy of those with fewer compunctions.
