weed makes me paranoid

I was smoking weed for a two month period from February to April of this year. It had ended with my heart rate going up one day and I collapsed because of lack of oxygen. Since that day I feel like I'm a little retarded and I don't know what it is, because I still haven't been to a doctor. My symptoms are that I get dizzy randomly, some days are fine while other days are me being dizzy and disoriented. I think it's related to panic attacks, but I hope I didn't have a mini-stroke. I also get this strange feeling in my chest, like tingling and having troubles breathing. And also balance problems.
I feel God has been unfair with me.

well I stopped smoking weed after 5 years of everyday smoking, I had tried to quit several times during that, and at one time succeeded for 4 months or so, but every other attempt was met with failure. but I have stopped now and feel very little desire to smoke, though it was really hard for about a month. I think that starting to read everyday again has made it easier for me to stay away from weed, because without it I have considerably less brain fog and can better remember what I read. I don't think I'll become one of those olde folkes who cantankerously reprimands drug enjoying zoomers, but I can still say it doesn't feel worthwhile to smoke weed unless you have strong impulse control.

Too much about them just doesn't add up. I'm not sure there's even enough lithium on the planet to electrify every single car and truck. We keep being promised "better battery technology" but it keeps not materializing; I remember when better batteries were "just around the corner" more than a decade ago. The biggest electric car maker is Tesla, but Tesla seems to be a huge ponzi scheme propped up by hype, magical thinking, and government subsidies. Electric cars in general are way more expensive than ICE cars. And when their batteries wear down you have to buy new batteries, and AS they wear down the range of the car decreases. And electrifying cars doesn't even begin to address the airline industry and the shipping industry, two huge sources of greenhouse gases.

I've posted about this on /o/ before, obviously, but I'm just completely sour on electric cars now. It all feels like a lot of hype and feel-good bullshit. I don't think they're going to work long-term and I feel like 50 years from now we'll look back and think about how ridiculous the hype around them was.

I had this idea but with 21 years old instead of 25 years old. I turn 21 in a few months, and I'm not really feeling it. The suns heat is still trapped in the wind that rattles my car and makes me grip the wheel and accelerate harder. Traffic slows to a crawl twenty miles away. Real bad traffic. Knuckles gripping the wheel so tightly it hurts, perched forward in your seat, touching the brake more than the gas kind of traffic. I burn through half my pack, no enjoyment, just a steady flood of nicotine and tar that leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

It must avoid being repetitive overly embellished while still giving ample information to the reader. I struggle to balance all that when writing. Entire paragraphs worth of sentences are sometimes omitted from what I write simply because I find those sentence to be reiterative or choppy.
