The real problem is your definition of Europeans is outdated, and the intermixing of the societies is as much an ethnically European responsibility as is the damage which is ongoing at the hands of Europe to third world countries in every brown corner of the world. The decision to intermix was, most often, a European one - even if only out of a utilitarian mentality. The minorities which are now wholly indigenous subgroups within white societies, are culturally and genetically distinct, not only from one another, but from those people living in the lands of their ancestors of how ever many hundred years ago. I can't speak for all blacks, but if I had to give the reason I am who I am it is very simple: I was raised as a Christian first, and an American patriot second. Race was almost never a concern. In fact, I little thought of it until 2020. This resulted in a comparative lack of a chip on my shoulder, and a more optimistic mentality towards my own personal future than a lot of blacks have. The third and most important reason is having become a Christian in earnest faith. I consider faith and culture, not race, to be the most important factor in determining the behavior of a generation - any generation - not to say the races are altogether indistinct, but that those distinctions are subordinated.
