ITT: We share stories of interesting finds at used book stores/garage sales (or any other ofc).

I like old books, so here's a copy of Meditations that was published in 1905. I found it at a small town used book store and paid $2.

La Debacle, Zola, 1914. Bought on the south bank (of the thames..) book fair earlier this month. A little unnecessary information; there was some sort of Christian flashmob while we were browsing. They sang traditional hymns. It was quite pleasant.

I found on the discard shelf of my local college library Hannah Arendt's Between Past and Present (Not this Penguin, but a 1968 printing) all for the price of 50 cents
