How do you stop cynicism from creeping into your soul?

How do you stop being cynical if cynicism ha manage to creep I to your soul? Or, how to live with cynicism?

Are we talking about Cynicism in the classical sense; if so then I don't see a problem with it.

Imagine you were a poor destitute crazy homeless guy for fifty years and then got miraculously reincarnated in your current body. Shold make you feel lucky. Also, consider the deception you might have had toward the existence of god or absolute truth, toward human nature or knowledge, toward society or ideal didn't come from the essential mediocrity of life but from the boldness of your first assumptions. If god doesn't exist, does that mean the world has no longer any value ? (just an example of the inquiry you can start to end cheap cynicism if your cynicism is indeed cheeap). Try to think clearly, don't let pathos or bias disturbe you. Try considering that the think you were told to hold dear and respect are not what exactly what you were told, but still can have some form of value (or not). Ponder the myth of Orpheus and think that this Orpheus is you. Captach: dispersed Ecquals.
TL;DR: If you lost your values, it's time to lead an inquiry about wether you want to rebuild them and where they did come from. Self-enlightenment, bro. It begins with finding the possibilities of joy in your life and leaving a clear ground for your intuition.

Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins

You're not smart enough to be a cynic. Only someone with the prodigious knowledge of human behavior and massive understanding of psychology, like a Dostoevsky or Nietzsche, can ever call themselves a cynic.

Cynicism is inevitable for sane individuals.

Derive enjoyment from your cynicism as your super ego lets you do things that you would before have been considered socially unacceptable.

Cynicism in terms of what?

If it's human nature, then I simpyl don't agree with Hobbes, Mandeville or anybody else who generalizes in such a way that they try and account for vast and intricate facets of human nature with reference to a handful of axioms or theories they have devised, much like I distrust people like Francis Hutcehson for doing that in the opposite way.

Hume says it best when he argues that the idea of a golden age is a "poetical fiction", but the opposite idea, the idea of a state of war, violence and so on, is a "philosophical fiction".

If you didn't mean this then hide and ignore

anytime you feel a negative thought enter in your head. Carefully scrutinize it for validity.

Every time you give a negative response to any question in your head or otherwise, think long and hard about it. Are your negative claims really justified? Soon you'll learn to just observe things instead of just throwing out the first angry response that comes to mind. Think carefully of what you say and especially of what you think. Sometimes it is better to say/think nothing then say/think something negative. Stay positive man
