Hello guys

This summer, I'm learning Spanish. So far, I've been reading grammar textbooks and watching the Spanish channels on TV. I think it's high time to tackle literature. So, from pic related or not, what are the easiest reads that I'll be able to understand with my beginner/intermediate level and a dictionnary ?

Native English speaker here, the only "literature" I read fully in Spanish was La casa de Bernarda Alba, which is doable at a pretty middling level of Spanish proficiency.

I've read Puig and Marquez in translation and neither of them seemed too difficult, but it's hard to say for sure because I read them in English.

La casa de Bernarda Alba seems perfect; plays
are often a little easier, I think. What did you think of it, though ?

It's good! I enjoyed it. This was maybe 10 years ago so I don't remember it very well but I remember liking it.

You won't understand anything in pic related, cause you seem like an idiot.

What are the best resources for learning Spanish? I'm mostly looking for something online.

I taught myself Turkish a few years ago to speak to my grandparents so I do have a little bit of experience in learning a language.

If you're willing to buy physical books I'd recommend going to a Spanish school and looking through their bookstore. They have signs that recommend books for each level.
