Is there a single relevant literary figure who didn't have gross/weird sexual fetishes he subtly wrote into his work?

My sexual fetish is a bit weirder than normal, I think.

It's not illegal or anything, but it's not something I think I could ever be open about.

It's not even that gross really, well it kind of is, but it doesn't involve any nasty fluids or secretions. It doesn't involve anyone too young or too old. It doesn't involve animals or costumes or leather or ropes. It doesn't involve any specific race. It doesn't even involve any gender other than the one opposite to my own.

It doesn't even really include anything normally thought of as sexual.

And the only other people who are into it, albeit mostly a very non-sexualized version of it, are usually people I don't particularly care for or have anything in common with.

I'm not entirely sure how I got into it either, it just feels like something that's always been part of me.

How bizarre would it be to have a TV adaptation of your work?

You know that every time he sits down to write a sex scene now he's got to take into consideration that it might seriously happen. He can direct the women on the show into porn pretty much at his whim.

What a situation.

No because otherwise what's the point of becoming a great writer?
I've been studying Milton, Melville, Nabokov, Hemingway, Faulkner, McCarthy, Krasznahorkai and a dozen others every single day for years and years, along with consuming as much of the classics and modern classics as I can, and writing several pages a day in the hopes of someday elevating my writing to the level of the giants before me.
And why do I do this? So that I can work in my fetishes into my writing and perhaps one day, if my stories fit the medium, I can turn on the TV and watch a show based on my books where my self-insert character is feminised, shot up with female hormones and turned into a sissy shemale fucktoy kept in permanent chastity while his wife turned mistress pegs him and takes hung black lovers.

Imagine a crossover between 50 Shades and 120 Days of Sodom (with a little bit of Hogg thrown in) that instead of being schlick fuel for housewives is just the exploration of the mental landscape of a very rich and successful person with all sorts of fucked up fetishes and how he eventually ruins the lives of everyone underneath him by trying to realize them.

It starts off with normalfag shit like BDSM, Tickling, Pregnancy, Feet, Piss, etc. to bait in the plebs and then segues into things like sounding, rodent crushing, genital abuse, and bestiality. The climax involves scat, necrophilia, pedophilia, vomit, gore, and fursuits.
