Any good books with lawful good characters? Characters like Javert and Robocop, or to a lesser extent Don Quixote or Justine, basically characters with strong senses of morality. I really love books with these characters for whatever reason.

Javert is Lawful Neutral, almost entirely by definition. He doesn't care about a genuine morality outside of the law, he just believes in a strict, rigid code that he applies to and applies regardless of context or circumstances.
