I am pleased to report that through my library's loan system, I was able to obtain a physical copy of the ever-elusive 400 page undergraduate honors thesis of Henry Kissinger, The Meaning of History: Reflections on Spengler, Toynbee and Kant.

From what I have seen, there is not a single copy of it available anywhere online. I'm going to look into photocopying so others can read it as well.

Let me know if you have any requests, I'll post some pictures of it below.

I would recommend to others looking to get their hands on it to also try their library's interlibrary loan system.

OP, this is the result I got after OCRing with ABBYY FineReader and some basic editing in Acrobat DC. It is kinda shitty. You must absolutely try to scan the pages as "straight" as possible; any "undulation" on the paper fucks up OCR big time. If the PDF was decent enough, I could make a quality epub for the e-readerfags in here.

It is undoubtedly shit but that's not the point. It's the insight into Kissinger that is valuable, plus the historical value.

For instance, Greg Grandin's book "Kissinger's Shadow" is basically an interpretation of the man's career based on his honors thesis. Being able to see the thesis for yourself and not having to take the word (and selective quoting) of people like Grandin as gospel would be amazing.
