Making of the Middle Sea by Cyprien Broodbank. I thought it would be the pre history of the Mediterranean but it's just some guy rambling about the size of the Mediterranean and ice ages that happened 5 million years ago.

It sometimes hits me what a colossal waste of time bookreading really is. Fucking thousands of hours, I sat on my ass and stared at some letters written by men long dead about people who never existed and events I couldn't give a quantum of a fuck about. What a horrible mistake. The worst part is that now I'm all grown up and I don't have the energy or motivation to gratify myself in any other way.
