If anyone here is trying to learn to cook and doesn't know much of the basics, I recommend this book. It has a range of recipes with a range from extremely simple to decently complicated. Clear directions. Also has a lot of chopping and cooking techniques, how to choose pans and tools and ingredients. Libgen has the PDF. And since it's 'cooking for two' you'll have leftovers for later unless you eat it all at once you fat fuck
