I'm looking for a good psychological thriller. Something that gives me good chills, and maybe involving some gore, why not? Suggestions would be appreciated.

It gets a lot of hate on here, but try House of Leaves.

Some of Lovecraft's stories like Celephais for example also qualify.

Also check out the book Isabel Burning by Donna Lynch. Definitely a pyschological thriller, and definitely twisted as hell.
