Anyone here read pic related? Am I just an idiot for feeling like its hard to read? Im halfway through and on nearly every page Ive had to use a dictionary on like 3-4 words per page. At times his diction makes me have to read a portion several times to understand it better.

I read it. It's a flimsy premise, but the bibliography isn't half bad. Don't beat yourself up over stumbling on certain words, as we all have to start somewhere. This is one of those books you can skip around in, so just pick a section from the table of contents that sounds interesting and start there.
