Really because I don't see it, and I also see advertising campaigns that are solely constructed against whites as a totality. Also, from my understanding in the USA that "rising" demographic are Hispanics that mostly blockade themselves in their own communities. You would think that in terms of divisive racial threat, people in the US would take the Hispanic separatism more seriously because it is highly likely it will actually happen. Whites seem to be about the only race in the US that is actively trying to stop racism too, which is probably the greatest irony here. And yet still advertising seems geared to domesticating and keeping whites from organizing. It's very strange. They are starting in my country now too, which is largely "out" of the control of Western strangeness.
