Creation implies that at one point there was nothing and then everything, but Time is a construct of your mind to make sense of the world. Time doesn't apply to things outside of your capacity of experiencing them, so God could not have created it, because time doesn't apply to it. As far as you are concerned, the world and God were always existent, and each are expressions of the other in different forms.

If there was really a total global flood there would be no shortage of evidence that all pointed to the same time general period, both physical evidence as well as myths and stories all from the same time.
