christcucks actually believe this. why didn't he tell us anything about natural sciences? economic growth and industry augmented our morality more than his moral teachings ever could. even from the standpoint of religion including a workable and empirically valid mathematical model of simple physical phenomenon in the New Testament would've given his whole message more credibility than the accounts of the Apostles did.

There's a difference between the way the world works and the way we think it works. The Scientific consensus has been overturned many times and will continue to be overturned. It's a goofy question mate. If God exists it's infinitely more important to learn about him and live virtuously, seeking the objective good, that doesn't mean you ignore math and practical matters, but you prioritize God above math and your job.

If God doesn't exist, then it doesn't really matter what you learn or believe because there's no objective thing to pursue that's more meaningful than another, you could just be a bum and jerk off in the street, a baby raping banker, a really smart mathematician or just suicide, it doesn't matter. Atheist worldview is nihilist and senseless.

Every culture has its temptations, is what I'm saying. Sure, impoverished cultures have more violent evils, and invite us to deny Christ by our deeds. Affluent cultures puff us up with our riches, and invite us to deny Christ with both our mouths and our deeds. Both are ultimately spiritually deadly, so the only thing to do is help each other overcome the vices to which we most heavily tend.

It is very clear to any thinking person that Jesus was not who the scriptures say he was.
To me, Jesus was a very charismatic religious leader, with a moral nature and wisdom that surpassed everyone at the time.
He preached that the kingdom of heaven was for everyone, not just for jews. That for salvation to be possible you have to be reborn, that we are gods(whatever that means to you).
It is very clear why some people love him and some hate him.
To who hated him probably said all kinds of bullshit about him to keep people from joining him. It is only natural to assume that, at the other hand, people who loved him said the contrary, that he could walk on water for example.
Religion as a whole is not something to discuss lightly

If he did guess who would still have deal with themselves in 30 AD? With ourselves, and no matter what science or tech we have it's something we'll still have do to deal with, which is how we orient and organize ourselves.

This is the struggle of knowledge, what we've had to deal with since man in the story of genesis bit off from the tree of knowledge. 20th century was all about showing us what could go wrong with the strong pursuit of knowledge while ignoring ethical concerns. Christ was concerned with the eternal and not the advancement to some other kind of material pleasure.

Worth noting that moral character was genuinely important in the scientific revolution. Bacon and Descartes are very clear that there is an ideal-type persona that the natural philosopher should be. The flaws of scholasticism (and later, the flaws of Cartesian rationalist mechanism) are expressed through, amongst other things, such an idea of moral failing. Similarly Plato and Aristotle on the Sophists.
