What would being an ubermensch actually entail? Correct me if I'm wrong but is it not just a guy that does purely anything he wants based on no outside influence like morality or religion or society?

Wouldn't a neet unironically count as an ubermensch, or anyone that has made enough money that they can do whatever they want without worry?
