This guy said the best diet for brain power is lean proteins high fat, low sugar and low carb combined with intermittent fasting to release ketones. He recommends foods like avocados, macadamia nuts, black coffee, and tea. Do you bros thinks there is anything to this? Also, what do you guys eat and what has been your results?

Protein shakes are a low quality source of protein and have neither fat not cholesterol so this isn't brain fuel. This sounds like a cope for not being able to afford ribeyes, salmon and $5 a tin Portuguese and Spanish sardines. The fatty acids and cholesterol are brain fuels and lessen neurotoxicity. Ever noticed how gym bros who eat whey are usually palid and sickly looking despite being built?

Do we even have the slightest idea how ketones affect the brain?
