I’ve seen angels come down to us

Do angels look like humans? Or do they have the ability to disguise themselves as humans?
In Tobit 5:4, Tobias finds Raphael but doesn't see him as an angel, and doesn't realize Raphael is an angel until the end of the book.
Also, in Genesis chapter 19, Lot seems to know that the two men are actually angels, but the people of the town seem to think the angels are just handsome men.

Could there be angels walking around amongst us and we just don't realize it?
