Your question answers itself? "How does going below threshold make thing not thing" I mean you understand when your car runs out of gas it's because you're not fueling it up right? Doesnt matter that you fueled it once three weeks ago, that doesnt mean youre "fueling" it

>>16054514
Yes. I dont know what kind of goofy standards you anons have for yourself where you can't draft out ten pages in a couple hours let alone an entire day. Perhaps you haven't yet heard editing can come later? I don't know

Still not a single coherent argument you'd find within 125 pages of a nonfiction book on economics. Even reading 125 pages of fiction will help your brain develop more than reading the sound bites of information and generalisation you find in Wikipedia articles, which are barely held to the same standard as an encyclopedia.

I try to read at least 20 a day, and smatter enough blank pages until I feel like I could actually use one line from all the shit that comes out. Some nights it’s hard to even keep focused and I shift to reading more and writing less or vice versa. I’ve been meaning to set some time in the morning but usually daily matters distract me too much to sit down.
The other day I had a late meeting and ended up laying in the couch for an hour and a scene I’ve been trying to visualize cane to me bright and sharp and I tried to get everything down as best I could, felt genuine joy and excitement from that little burst of creativity, maybe Kafka was right.

That's nearly 3 million words a year, which is a little more than 5 Infinite Jest's worth. You're full of shit. The bare minimum should be half a page or a page per day, not ten, which is nearly completely impossible for any writer, even if the prolific ones like Balzac.
