I HOPE THIS DOES NOT GET CANCELLED LIKE ZWG.

Eh, I remember you. We still actually have your original submission in the ZWG archives somewhere... sorry about the closing down bit, you can't exactly plan in advance for that sort of thing. My condolences

If you want, we can actually publish the original submission for this issue. I'd been meaning to check through the archives for things like this, but have been putting it off for the last few days

Well, if you were really interested in submitting something for the zine you'd be willing to look beyond small slip-ups. Some things are actually just inevitable.

Also, Canadian spelling eh

will you accept my metal gear solid fan fiction/

Yeah, it hurts my eyes too. I made the mistake of typing out an open office document and then screen-capping the exported pdf. The resulting pic is borderline malevolent. In the future, I'll make something a little nicer

Only if it contains lots of steamy sex with Meryl from MGS1, lol.

I AM OK WITH THAT.

Okay, then it is done. I'm thinking I actually just need to just e-mail all the old contributors who've since abandoned /lit/. Probably the easiest way to go about doing this

Also, I'm actually considering making printable "micro" copies of the zine molded after Mao's little red book to mail to random persons across the country. So this publication might actually get some outside attention as opposed to the usual /lit/ crew

Are you looking for desperate and awful submissions?

I have some stuff, but none of it is particularly good, of course.

Err, thats a pretty touchy way to put it.
...
Yeah, go ahead and send it. If the work is really gut-wrenchingly horrid we'll reject it. But if it's just borderline okay, we'll take it as fair game. A zine needs submissions, y'know?
