Apart from Heidegger, Spengler, the Jünger brothers and Carl Schmitt works, are there any well-researched (and translated) books about the Konservative Revolution (or related to it in some meaningful way) from an ideological perspective?

I don't know about english Translations, but there would be for one the Handbuch der konservativen Revolution, which basically gives an overview over all the different branches and an huge catalog of the relevant works for each one. Poetry is hugely important. Stefan George Der Stern des Bundes, Das geheime Deutschland. Also there are some essays/speeches from Hoffmansthal and Borchhardt which take those ideas to the realm of language and poetry in general. For example Borchhardt created in a sense a new German for his dante "translation" to overcome the effect that u.a. commerce had on the language. Also Ernst Niekisch with his national bolshevism.
