Yes. If you're a schizoid 4chan neet, the internet is likely devouring over a dozen hours of your time a day. It might be fun to "unplug" and do literally nothing for a day, just to see how incredibly long a day can be. I unplugged in the early days of the quarantine and despite spending about ~8-10 hours a day reading books, which made time flow at a "normal" pace, the rest of my day still seemed to be shockingly long. The internet burns through time because of the constant and unceasing stimulation and distraction, but "normal" life is very different.
Personally, before I unplugged I set myself several goals - to read a lot, to get fit and to spend some time (at least a couple of hours) in spiritual contemplation. It was working out great until I injured myself with my training and then my motivation imploded lol.
