Which ending to great expectations did you like more?

Too those who read the book without knowing it there is a second ending from when it was published as a newspaper serial that you should look up.

not read it yet but ill trust Dickens judgement with the novel ending. well not that i think he can judge his own work better than me, just that if he decides thats what hes going to put down to be read, then ill read that.

I truly prefer the orgional. It exudes a beautiful scene. The setting, you can al most see the crumbling walls and smell the damp musty earth. The ultimate loss of the love he had so hoped for, but in that loss there is a zen sence of acceptance.
