Yes. It's his darkest (don't listen to people who hype Serotoning as incredibly dark and brilliant, it's false) and best, too. Possibility of an Island is up second when it comes to prose, although it has a tad bit too much humour and it could be bit shorter. Many people also rate The Map and the Territory very high, sure, but it's not as good as TEP.
