Which philosophers ignore math? Literally the dominant tradition of Anglo-American philosophy is allied so closely to pure mathematics that they can't even really be seperated. How does the study of formal languages differ from logic? Newsflash, it fucking doesn't.

OP you're suppose to minor in Philosophy/English/Lit etc. and use that, electives, and personal studies to improve your knowledge. Get a decent ROI at college lmao

I get your point anon, but I kinda understand why the try hards cling to metaphysics too

2+2=Nothing to do with me getting that skank to respond. It's been a God damn week, were you shot or something?

A materialist mindset is necessary however in that how can I even think about getting what I want if I don't know how? If the want is 4, what is 4? Well I know 2+2=4 so now I just need two 2s. Or four 1s, or...

Things need scaling. Things should have a simple enough method that works every time. Some first year philosophy measure wants to ask what is evil? I'd ask can you measure it? Cause if not than it doesn't exist.

Granted I think you can in fact measure evil in jannies. Jannies are a great unit of measurement because all jannies are evil. Sure discord jannies groom children while Facebook jannies do the bidding of China, but we know a janny is something that can always correctly be asserted as evil. Criminal too though no-one would argue all criminals are evil but that's where "what's in it for me?" Comes in because evil people don't go to prison, criminals do.
