Library of Modern Poetry if you want bad poems in print. It's basically a scam where they print anyone's poetry for a fee.

For short fiction you can read the literary journal of any four-year college. Often they're online.

And for genre fiction there's all the fanfic sites. https://archiveofourown.org is a good place to start. And also stop.

You can also look up "Bizzaro Fiction" and Amazon sells a lot of it, so you can acquire print copies of that stuff.
Pic related is an example, but probably not a good one. Because read as a parody of Holocaust survivor stories it actually comes off as brilliant.
