Nah, read him when I was 18 and I was delighted that there was an authentic intellectual who I could better reject because I'd read him. 37, remain full fedora.

I am not aware of any thinker that has ever actually btfo'd himself in any way, shape or form. Least of all Evola.

Your friend was either dishonest or you are exaggerating his words. The closest I can think of is that in his later years, Evola said that his earlier work on the theory of the Absolute Individual was imperfect, flawed and conditioned by his inexperience. To my knowledge, though, he never actually hated it.

is everyone who looks like this a reincarnation of ebola? can you have multiple reincarnations live at the same time. does the evolian mindset do this to your face? it’s so eerie they all look like him and eachother

i’m probably wrong though i think the simple reality is that the lowest males will have a fight or flight response to the reality of being themselves. to fight (in vain) is to become a trad right winger, flight is to become a feminist nu male

You haven't done your reading properly, anon. Evola himself has clearly explained that so long as we take the human perspective as the reference point, no such thing as reincarnation can be thought to exist, because whatever can be said to reincarnate would not be the specific human being. Moreover, how can a mindset change someone's face? That's Boasian Anthropology, anon - pure liberal Americanism. Have you read Evola's essay American Civilisation? Perhaps you should take a read, I am sure it will address some of your misconceptions. Then you should probably read his collected essays. I mean, a "flight or fight response", seriously? Psychoanalytical schlock has nothing to do with an ontological approach to life, anon. How can a man retain his traditional prerogative to pure action if he's caught in a "flight or fight response"? That's an obvious contradiction in terms. The solution of the formal plane or the moment of decision if you prefer necessarily has to be anterior to any surface, emotional or physical reaction. Pure action and reaction are incompatible, anon.

Source? I read his whole autobiography, published near his death, and it contains nothing like that. The exact opposite if anything.
