I need some help.
College has got me writing a story (its short, only 4000 words) and I want to do it about the lgbt; specifically to criticize and decry its degeneracy and immorality.
The plot is not concrete but would probably follow thusly: a guy who gets fed up with the societal conditions around him and after it has finally entered his own family, he escapes into the countryside. After finding his feet living a simpler, surrounded by life and not lust, a troupe of his former "friends" try and bring him back.
Another thing to note is that I want to use a euphemism for the gay/tranny aspect because not doing so will risk my immediate failure from my progressive teacher and condemnation by my queer peers.
So I ask you, /lit/. What do you think about the plot? Should I stop being a pussy and make it explicitly about the gays, if not what should I replace it with? Am I asking too much from this board to give a shit?

Look at it this way. Every society has a religion which is dominant within it. Society will support this religion and impose its norms on the people within it. Priests will be the ones to teach the religion to everyone, even those who are not of that faith. In Islamic societies this was done through sharia and the legal system. In the pre-Reformation West, the dominant religion was Catholicism and it was imposed through the Church.

In our current society, the main religion is liberalism, and academia is its priestly caste. Having to nod and listen and tell them what they want to hear is the equivalent of paying jizya. Is it ideal? No, but it is the price they charge. A different religion must come to dominate society if you do not like this one and what it demands from you.

Sounds like a Hallmark channel movie about not jacking it. If it weren't for a class, personally I'd write it from the perspective a gay guy that's actively in the more degenerate side of things. Maybe witnesses something that shocks him enough to get him out of the stupor, like a pozzing or murderrape or something. I'd contrast this with another character that's also gay but tries to avoid the more degenerate side of things. Character arc would probably be him coming to grips with (or rejecting) his homosexuality, and plot would be him moving away from the degeneracy in some way.

I dunno, just brainstorming here. I know you said you want it to be about how homosexuality as a whole is bad, and that it's for a class. However, I think a learning environment is not the best place to be flexing your social opinions. IMO, pick something that emphasizes what you're learning more, and avoids loaded opinions.

If you want to shit on LGBT with a story, then you should write one that goes down the slippery slope to either legal incest marriage or casual bestiality with the intention to get the reader on the side of the degenerate by misleading them into thinking it is a normal(LGBT) relationship. It should include the teaching of this degeneracy in schools because learning sexual expression in school is apparently so important these days, and it would show how big of a hypocrite they are if they disagree with based Orban.
