I actually read it, I understand why normies love this garbage now. It's literally just for a boost of motivation, like grabbing a Starbucks or something. The ideas don't have to make sense or be original, they just have to promise you shit and tell you that you're amazing. Just Tony Robbins but shorter/less long winded

some people have shame drilled into them. this is probably a good book for them.
