Definitely not last millennia but possibly last century.

The power stack is
>Revolt Against the Modern World -Evola
>The Myth of the Eternal Return -Eliade
>Beyond Good and Evil -Neetch
>Faust -Goethe

The combo of these four gives you a good intro to understanding non rational man (ie, post enlightenment man) but the Faust keeps the Luciferian urge completely away for some; for others, at least one becomes aware of the dangers of hubris and promethean striving that are present in authors 1 and 3.

It's hard to say if him or Guenon was more important, idk if I would say most important of the last millenia though. Evola is of course more important insofar as pragmatically knowing how to deal with modernity assuming you can't just escape and live like a hermit, which let's face it isn't really a good thing unless you are already ascended to a certain point. I would say that "riding the tiger" in the philosophical sense he uses (as opposed to the more esoteric sense) really is effective, and I have been putting this into practice. If you are interested in spirituality and the occult, him and Guenon are basically mandatory for orienting you in the right direction among all the LARPing bullshit, delusions, and possession.
