Whatever you read, keep in mind you will need to take up new actions to go along with your new mindset. Most people try lifting, or getting a job. Both of these are good. I'd also suggest joining a social group/club of some kind, finding a non-vidya hobbie, and (most importantly) quitting 4chan.
