You should spend your energy trying to find girls that like you without having to be convinced, rather than trying to convince girls to like you who don't. The latter is mostly impossible and very psychologically costly. I wish I had learned this before high school and college. Be fully transparent and forthright about how you are and what you like, and be completely shameless about it. See, every girl you interact with falls into two camps, either they like you or they don't. Your primary objective when evaluating a woman should be to find out what camp she falls into. Then you can pursue the ones you like from the first camp and ignore the ones from the second camp. Doing this efficiently means actively trying to polarize women. Be so forthright about who you are that you can sort them into the two camps quickly.
If you're an autistic sperg like me, it may be the case that 99% of girls don't like you and only 1% do. Men in this condition usually erroneously come up with the idea that their primary objective should be to try to flip women from the second camp into the first camp, because 99% disliking you doesn't seem "right." I spent my entire life trying to pursue women who fall into the second camp, by acting like someone else, hiding my interests and natural behavior, using "game" techniques, trying to convince them through persistence, trying to impress them, or other techniques and strategies. It's pretty much impossible and really fucks you up psychologically when every interaction with women leads to failure. You have to just accept that you are who you are and the breakout is what it is. 99 to 1 is certainly a pain in the ass to deal with but it's not really that bad. You likely know or have met 10,000 women so far in your life, that gives you a pool of 100 willing candidates to pick from which is realistically more than enough.
It is possible to change the breakout over time by improving yourself, working out, acquiring money, and the other self-help things you've heard. But that's something you do on your own time and it's unrelated to the aforementioned strategy. When guys on /fit/ get huge and still fail with women, it's because they're still pursuing women from the second camp. You could be the richest, tallest, least autistic and most handsome man in the world, but if you pursue a girl in the second camp, you will fail. There aren't many women who fall into that camp for those men, to be sure, but the rule still holds.

I'm in love with someone who loves me back. It is nice, but I'm sure it won't last. I've spent the last few years unable to really reconcile certain blackpill realities with the many bluepill layers of love and relationships. So I just go with them, have my fun, develop some memories, and try not to get too down when the relationship ends in about two years. There does not seem to be a path to marriage and family this way, which is something I want. Likely, I'll end up with some desperate 30 year old and take advantage of her neurosis about her biological clock. Or I'll go to south America.
