Just picked this up. Where do I go next with RAW? Is Cosmic Trigger a good next book or should I do Illuminatus and Schrodinger’s Cat first? And what’s the best order for those two?

Cosmic Trigger Vol 1 references the Illuminatus Trilogy so id rec Illuminatus Trilogy first and then Cosmic Trigger but it really doesnt matter

Depends. If you want his weirdest, whackiest stuff go for the novels.
If you like the conversational pontificating of Prometheus Rising, Cosmic Trigger. Touches on the stuff in PR but in a biographical context, lots of historical and social commentary.
