This is the definitive american novel. It sumarizes the spirit of the nation and tracks a clear course of its legacy. Reading anything else once you know this exists should be consider treason. It's over, no one else is gonna reach this peak. There's no point in writing books anymore.

Most people are too new to remember, but Ready Player One was a huge cancer with multiple threads active at the same time, quite a few of them sincerely defending it.
