Aberration in the Heartland of the Real has a section on Timothy McVeigh's time in the same prison, when he and Ted K were friends for a brief time. If Ted's stay was anything like McVeigh's, then he probably had a pretty bad time. McVeigh was still getting MKultra'd at that time and I don't know if Jolyon West went to fuck up Ted again while has was there.
