There are not many books which everyone has read and /lit/ has only recently gotten slow enough again that threads about books which will require days of keeping bumped to develop any sort of discussion. The big problem at this time is that anons can not be bothered to help keep niche threads bumped so we still have to bait if we want to insure the thread lives but the bait may kill the thread. Things are improving, go start a thread on a lesser known book, I will do what I can to help it thrive, assuming you put in some effort.
